    English Premier League title odds; Man City, not Arsenal, the favorite

    Arsenal holds a four-point lead atop the English Premier League standings but second-place Manchester City is the heavy betting favorite at FOX Bet to hoist the trophy at the end of May.

    Star Erling Haaland and the Cityzens are making a strong move to defend their EPL title, winning their 10th consecutive match across all competitions with a 3-1 win over Leicester City on Saturday.

    Arsenal sits atop the EPL table with 74 points with a 23-3-5 record.

    Manchester City is second with 70 points and has a match in hand. The Sky Blues are 22-4-4. 

    The teams will meet April 26 at Etihad Stadium in a crucial match for the EPL title. Man City won the first EPL match between the teams 3-1 on Feb. 15.

    Bettors are backing Manchester City more heavily recently as its title odds dropped from -110 last month.

    Arsenal’s title odds lengthened from +120 last month even though it has moved from third place to first in the table.

    Manchester City is seeking its third EPL title in a row and ninth overall. Man City has won four of the previous five EPL titles.

    Arsenal is seeking its 14th EPL title but first since the 2003-04 season.
